I'm aware that they are under a separate union to us,but surely as they are logistics this effects them too?

I only ask as I have a family member working there who thought we were getting £1k. I pointed out it was our colleague shares being replaced and was money due in time anyway.
Thing is,they get colleague shares too....

Im assuming the third share of CS is to go ahead for other parts of the group and management grades unless CWU/CMA-UNITE agree to something different.

I work for Parcelforce and joined the CWU which is the same as RM isn't it? As far as the RM paydeal is concerned we have been told it's nothing to do with PF and our negotiations will begin sometime in April.

Sorry wrong way round.

They are in the same Union (as are members of Carphone Warehouse, BT, Virgin Media etc) but under a different employer within the same RMG. As the above poster says this proposed deal has not bearing on them.

Thank for clearing that up.According to him,he's in a different union,the transport union?
