We had wtl. at it the dom done a powerpoint on the agreement. It mentioned that ALL staff will consulted about the changes......NOW i find this hard to believe since the management never listen to a thing you say!!!!!! it will be as before the managers wee pets and mates will be looked after and the rest of us shafted!!!!!!!!!! :nana

Funny how some managers and area union reps :arrrghhh are talking about it like its a done deal :no no

They should at least wait for the vote.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

It depends on your definition of consutation - you and I would assume it means a person in authority ( not only in a work situation ), asking for your opinion, amongst others, then adjusting their plans to suit the majority of people accordingly. However, under the last 13 years of Za-NU Liebour ( and by extention, RM and other public and private bodies ), consultation now means asking for your opinion, amongst others, then following through with their original plans, while writing off the cost of "consultation" as a sop to minimise any resistance.
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

Is that so? I only found out today that a meeting was held on my day off last week.No manager has breathed a word about it to me.
