I thought our office was strong but the guys ive spoke to a few of them say if we vote no itl go through anyway.They say if we vote no they will take away any cash incetive make us do d to doors for nothing ,no lump sum etc etc,AND JUST PUT IT IN ANYWAYS REGARDLESS!I iM LOST ?????. Just seems the union has kept on at them trying to get the vote through in our office!

I'll be voting 'no' regardless, but there are a few idiots in our office who are saying similar things to what you've mentioned. One cretin even reasoned that it's better to receive a reduced D2D payment now than wait indefinitely and see what happens. I wonder if he feels the same way about sexually transmitted diseases, global thermonulcear war, cancer, the Earth being struck by a massive asteroid, etc.
