Colleague Share plan
Does anyone know how to cash in there colleague share plan and if so how much are there worth? im part time and have been with the company for near 7 yrs now. Thanks

as far as i remember the shares are not proper shares so they cannot be cashed in as such but there is a buy back of them next year and 2012.
If you leave royal mail for any reason other than retirement you automatically lose them too.

just checked you receive a payout if you take EVR or VR or medical retirement or normal retirement .
