cdv accidents
Can anyone answer the following. If you crash your van out on delivery and injure your passenger, can they sue you? If so, not sure if i want to volunteer for driving. Also i take it there will be no associated driving allowance. Thanx

What fun. Cant wait for it to happen. All those vans sat there with no one willing to drive them!!! Bet most people dont know about this. So as well as getting shafted, you can now get sued and fired.

Don't try an emergency stop when you have all your bags in the back. As far as i can see you will have nothing or at best a cargo net to stop it all ending up onto of you at 40mph.

What would stop RM using the argument about the drivers who drive the normal vans at the mo.There has not been an issue with that has there.

whats the score with cdv do you have two drivers ? in my office they reckon 95% off duties will be van sharing ,does that mean 95% have to be drivers ? my dom said anyone with a driving licence can be force to drive like it or not or get a job somewhere else

The vans are insured, so they will deal with any scrounging compo claimers.

And if the insurance refuse a payout?
