The bipper vans have all been ordered and most delivered already, thousands sit in on a site in Leicestershire now around 10,000 of them are required for the plans.

We have had four delivered already and deliveries will increase on a weekly basis against an area requirement of around 100 of the little sods. Do not let anyone kid you RM have been planning this for months and months, I have not idea about trolleys but I should not imagine they have not got some sort of stockpile of the things somewhere.

They are a lot more advanced with plans then most of us realise and we have to ask the question...........

Will they waste all that planning and investment in new equipment ?
I do not think much of a man who is not wiser today than he was yesterday.

What's a 'bipper van'?
A bipper van is basically a small car without the backseats and your expected to get 2 full walks in there and all of the undersized/oversized packets aswell. Good aint it? :Very Happy

its big enough for that and the cost is around £5k a go and will displace the vans currently employed on certainly urban packet deliveries with two "buddies" working two deliveries.

You simply wont get 5 hrs times 2 worth of work inside them on a heavy day. What a joke. When you open the back door half the round will fall out! Bags drops as usual then?
