Due to the CWU policy on zero tolerance to bullying and harassment in the work place.
This general meeting agree's that where it has been identified though the royal mail have your say surveys in the work place issues or concern of management bullying and harassment of cwu staff the branch shall offer it's fullest help support and assistance in gaining a complete independent employee and industrial relation review of said offices with written reports and recommendations to be publicised there after. the branch is instructed accordingly.

You motion says cwu policy Zero Bullying Harassment in all work areas, to identified though Royal Mails have your say surveys, issues of concern of Management Bullying and Harassment in the work place,why stop there in the motion and include your home life as well, we all no what happens when you our off sick, Im sure there is plenty on this site that can tell you some storys of Zero Bullying Harassment when it comes to being off sick.
