For the last 9 months i have been working from 6am - 7.30am as schedualed attendance overtime,1 hour 3 mins per day.
Long shot but am i entitled to shift allowance as i start at the same time as the full timers,Im a 30 hour contract,7.30 - 1.30.
Also when do we recieve our schedualed attendance lump sum and does anyone know how it works? How much it will be roughly? lets say i have done 300 hours schedualed attendance overtime in this period.
Cheers.

Re: Shift allowance/schedualed att
Does scheduled attendance overtime also attract shift allowance ?
I thought they'd done away with that

Re: Shift allowance/schedualed att
You don't get shift allowance for SA or OT, only on contractual hours.
We used to get the Night Duty Allowance for hours between !900-0600 on OT/SA
but that was removed by the Way Forward Agreement 2000.

sure it's paid twice in the year - may/june time then again oct/nov time !?
you're lucky you got reps who will fight to keep your sched att's!
our have been allowed to be taken away bit by bit and now there's virtually nil !
