Overpaid and Underworked

YEP!! and was'nt it quotes like this that infuriated us the workers and even the CWU to go ahead with striking?? And if this joke of an agreement goes through then crozier will be deemed a hero and a "job well done" and pick up his big fat bonus at the end and then fook off and ruin more working class peoples lives at another company. :cfo

Not overpaid, but plus 2% plus £20.60 will work out at £9.62 an hour which is better than many un or semi skilled jobs.
The main issue though must be us being increasingly over worked.

Minus your early start allowance and also deduct your door 2 door payments every week the bigger picture is this is not a pay rise and in line with inflation i, you, we will now be worse off than we were 5 years ago.

LL you must be in reciept of another allowance because 347.61+2%+20.60/40=£9.36/hr

I believe Royal Mail have implemented a wage rise before, without our agreement .
