sometimes you have to stand up for what is right ie fairness in the work place, manageable workloads, best working practices and no bullying and harassment from over zealous managers

Well I did,and what did it achieve? the offer of a paycut and more work.This vote cannot come quick enough for me. :cfo

what worries me is do delivery staff out number in door staff if not we are fooked the cwu have in this vote split the union down the middle cheeeeers ward

I think MC staff out number DO staff,though I'm not 100% sure.Even still,surely MC staff are not going to agree to losing 50% of their jobs in the next 3 years for a piss poor financial gain in the short term?
