Trust is the biggest issue for us

The way I see it, I don't mind making a sacrifice such as taking a small pay cut, reduce overtime etc in order to keep the business going and protecting our jobs, after all a job is better than no job.

My biggest issue is TRUST, from some opinions on this board, many are of the view that if you give the Managers an inch they will take a mile, they know the price of everything and the value of nothing.
This is the biggest problem in our business, there is no trust whatsoever, this is bad for business, slowly but surely we are going be acting like Lemmings over a cliff, if this carries on, but how do we restore
Trust like it used to be before 1994, it wasn't great but at least then we were a Public oriented Postal service.

Unless something changes drastically, I think RM and us are going to find it difficult in the future.

Restoring trust ....maybe the managers from chairmen and CEO down could stop lieing through their teeth. Thats why i don't trust them.
