Is this really the climate to be engaging in this?

British Airways,and now Gas are striking.We could face a real backlash here.Thanks CWU,thanks a bunch.

sometimes you have to stand up for what is right ie fairness in the work place, manageable workloads, best working practices and no bullying and harassment from over zealous managers

I think MC staff out number DO staff,though I'm not 100% sure.Even still,surely MC staff are not going to agree to losing 50% of their jobs in the next 3 years for a piss poor financial gain in the short term?
