Hows it a pay cut for f/t and payrise for a/g's??? I'm p/t (32.5hrs) and stand to lose at least £20 per week on dtd's alone as I currently get £35 for 3 dtd per week at the moment and would only get around £15-£16 pro rata under the new agreement so I'm gonna lose more than a f/t person but at the end of the day we are all getting shafted once again by RM whether we are f/t or p/t so it's a massive NO from me!!!

Old rope won't be doing D2Ds as he works in a Mail Centre, possibly one of the 50% that will be closing over the life span of this deal. I suppose if he votes yes and is then one of the 1st Non Volunteers for Redundancy, he won't be complaining as he has read and understood the offer in full. After all
