A Question for our 4 wise men.

I asked a question to lovejoy on the 19th March,asking how the top 10% part of agreement benefited members but alas got no reply.

So i will now give the opportunity to The Truth,Dingo and the newest member of the wise men club Big Daz.

So please explain how this benefits the other 90% and wont be used by DOMS to B&H members as they feel fit.

To me this is by far the most dangerous part of the agreement for members, But i am open to a reasoned rational factioul answer to the question that proves I,WE have nothing to fear by this part of proposed agreement.

I have to agree with you on this and what worries me is even my own rep hadnt been briefed on this. It also worries me more than losing the d2d money which will be alot on my duty. On this point alone i will vote no. Ive been tested before and been above average (not by much) having 75% full time means nothing if this is how they intend to get rid of people. When this agreement was first leaked lovejoy mentioned that it was just a joint wish or aim but as someone else said, words are words , its in black and whirte and will be used against us. Only the foolish can think it wont.

Well thats a way to get the reply you want. Using a term in a derogatory sense. Don't know about you but if two people ask me a question I more likely to answer the one that is polite rather than the one that has a slight dig.

TBT, Big Daz has posted many times on this site in the last few weeks how he is going to be so much better off financially with this new agreement and hasnt shyed away from debating it. Now thats fair enough and i havnt questioned him on it.

In my opinion (just my opinion) he seems keen to promote the agreement as a good one ala lovejoy,the truth and dingo amongst a few others.

Now i have heard his thinking on the d2d issue and delivery supplement and have taken his views on board.

I would just like the thoughts of said people on the 10% issue and how and if this is good for the members of this forum or the CWU.

I think we all agree certain members of this forum seem well informed and that is a good thing that they are on.

But difficult questions need answering and maybe i am paying these people too much respect by thinking they can or are willing.

I apologise if my post offended anybody.

I Know more or less than you on the 10% issue as im local rep and not in the higher up loop. You really are asking the wrong person.

However Im attending a reps briefing friday in London, so no doubt Big Dave will talk about that issue.

Well maybe you will be a "wise man" after the meeting on Friday Big Daz, and hopefully you will be able to share your knowledge gained from meeting with us on RMC.

Please keep on posting wether you are,you are not or you do become a wise man
