please help me understand the deal ov the century

now obviousley when my teachers said shut up and learn i didnt pay to much attention.as i have spent the last 11years walkinging the streets mostly in the pouring rain in a none waterproof coat with a leaky bag full of bits of paper and been expected to keep it dry . but can someone please tell me what the hell is this deal all about i could have got myself a better deal than this rubbish heres what it means to me i give royal mail £35 a week and they give me more door 2 doors and £20.60p back and to top that my shares that they said will be wrth £5000 ish i am gona get a grand split into 3 if we meet our targets which i cant see because no one is counting the amount of mail we deliver or is someone on the fiddle??????????
