Overtime rates.
Are they going up in this deal?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Overtime rates.
I would assume that the reduction in the working week with slight improvment in hourly rate as consequence would also feed through into overtime rates.POSTMAN wrote:Are they going up in this deal?

Re: Overtime rates.
April 5th 2010 – 2% Increase to basic pensionable pay flowing through to all allowances London Pay Range, overtime and SA rates.
April 2011 – 1.4% increase to basic pensionable pay flowing through to all allowances, London Pay Rate, overtime and SA rates.
April 2012 – 3.5% increase to basic pensionable pay flowing through to all allowances, London Pay Range, overtime and SA rates (re-opener clause).
The re-opener clause in year 3 is interesting as the management spin on this is,
3.5% in April 2012 (linked to plan on track and reopener clause if inflation outside forecast range)
LINKED TO PLAN ON TRACK
Who decides if the plan is on track?
