Who is telling the truth regarding Bristol?

A few people have come on this site and stated that Bristol and District branch have decided to recommend a 'No' vote.

The meeting CWU TV were quoting was a meeting in Bristol of all the units reps in the whole of the South Wales and South West Division. Bristol and District is just one Branch within that Division. I understand Plymouth and East Cornwall are holding their AGM today and Dave Ward is addressing them.

My unit rep went to the briefing. He is not a member of Bristol and District branch, but is in Gwent Amal.
He said that apart from one or two questions the vast majority of questions from delivery reps were negative toward the proposed agreement. He also said that a lot of mail centre reps seemed supportive of delivery staff. So I would believe the local reps not the spin doctors from HQ.
