Buying weeks

I know some on here LAUGH at buying weeks but just want to know when the deadline is for doing it . I know its around now .

You've just missed it - it's either the end of Jan or the end of Feb, but defo finished now for 10-11.

You could always ask about taking unpaid leave - it amounts to the same thing in the long run as buying additional leave just means that you spend all year saving up the pay you will get when you take the extra leave, just means you take it in one hit this coming year rather than a drop in basic pay.

Or of course you could follow suggestions and take it as sick leave - could land you in trouble if you're ill shortly after and end up on a stage warning though!

I mean some full timers get 34-36 days off and I only have 24.

I heard some people get a extra week off after 5 or 10 years. Which one is correct.

Leave Entitlements
On entry= Four and a half weeks
After 5 years= Four weeks 3.5 days
After 15 years= Five weeks 1 day
After 20 years= Six weeks

I bought 2 weeks for the 1st time last year..not been able to take them because not available weeks, in fact i'm carrying over 14 days
