suspension still on going

hi everyone. for those who read my earlier post im still on suspension over alleged non delivery of d2ds its currently just over two weeks into my suspension ive a fair bit of evidence backing me up against the dom who reported me and ive requested a transcript of my interview with the i.b which they are reluctant to release . can they do that? my solicitor wants to read it because there investigation note were very one sided and fail to mention evidence i brought up in the interview. as you can imagine im worried for my future and despite the case which my brief says is strong i know how corrupt management are so im expecting the worse any info on if the i.b can withold this transcript would be great

As far as i know, the freedom of information act, would not allow the i.b. to withold the notes taken at interview, your solicitor should have information on this. Good luck with your case.

If you wish to make a request under FOI i would suggest some haste.
Anyone who destroys a record after you have asked for it, in order to prevent its disclosure, would
commit a criminal offence. But it is not an offence to destroy records which have not been
requested.

cheers guys according to the i.b via my dom via email il only need a copy if im prosecuted which i thinks a load of bollox personally because its says in the procedure if charged with an offence or to be procecuted you can request a copy. my point is I HAVE been charged!!
