Hi guys. Could you tell me if we get paid up until we are back at the office or is it last letter. Always assumed the former but had large argument with manager today about it. Our rep wasn't in unfortunately. Cheers.

I would say if you don't have a pouching off agreement then specials, p739's etc are your responsibility till you return them to the office then you get paid to do just that.

Back at the office everytime - after all, you have to return there to hand in your P739'd packets, signing card and to sign out ( yeah, right - who actually does that? ), and it is also a good opportunity to write down the OT you are due for the day.....if your manager gives you any more crap on the subject, just say that you will work to your time, and if you believe you are unable to complete on time, you will inform him before you leave the office, and ask for his advice ( leave which bags, complete and book or whatever ). But also check with your rep first, and before saying anything to the mgr, have your rep in attendance ( as a witness ).

back at the office mate, if your manager tells you different then tell him he better come pick up any 739s and special cards you have as you wont be taking them back if your not getting paid
