To be fair Dave Ward said it would be 200 million more when you take in all the little things, the fact that uniform will be saved on etc etc

Where are these savings coming from?
Closing mailcentres and VR will be very expensive in the short term.
And according to the CWU there will be massive costs implementing both D2D into workload and the new delivery methods.
So who is kidding who on here?
