Have you read this...

http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... 42&t=25250" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Have you had a meeting with your rep yet.

Both of these things will make it a lot clearer.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

erm you will get pro rata rate for youre door to door leaflets ,even though you are doing the same or more households than the full timers! Were getting a joke of £20.60 for unlimited door to doors , you will get a lot less ,which is a huge slap in the face for part timers. Think thats a no vote now then! and the full timers have to work till 3pm on a friggin saturday,,part timers gotta stay out till ant n decs finished!

I'm on 22.5 hour contract and will be just under £900 a year better off.

Also, been told that when van sharing hits our office my hours will go up to at least 30 a week as 3.5 hour delivery + conveyance + replenishment + meal break = a lot more than can be done in 4.5 hours.

Do you do D2Ds?
If this agreement goes through , make no mistake you
will be doing your share of D2Ds.
I'm P/T (31.25hrs) and will be losing £700 a year.
It's a NO vote.

d2d payment is £1071.20 so I will get £602.55 - at the moment I get jack s**t! I don't mind doing d2d's as I go to most houses anyway and worst bit is prepping them.

pay rise is 2% so £203.35 a year

so....£805.90 per year increase...or 12.62%

25 hours would be £895.44
