to confirm here is a quote from page 60 of the proposed 2010 agreement:

We have also reviewed arrangements for early shift payments in delivery. It has been agreed to cease and incorporate the total value of these payments (£52m Door to Door, and £40m delivery early shift allowance and grandfather rights) into a new permanent (non-pensionable) supplement to basic pay

The 2007 Pay and mod agreement stated that grandfather rights would be part of the Phase 4 talks on a new pay and reward deal post 2009. This proposed deal concludes Phas 4 talks in which it was proposed to incorporate the Grandfather rights into the new delivery supplement of £20.60. Your payment of £12 odds ESA will stop on 1 st April 2010.
Thats how I read it.

You need to calculate your loss from D2D earnings. These will cease on April also. 3 D2D a week equates roughly to 5p per call. (3 x 1.67p) 600 calls roughly £30, 5oo calls roughly £25. 300 calls roughly £20.

So you lose £12. plus £20 to £30.

You gain £20.60 which will grow with basic pay and is paid 52 weeks a year and during sick and annual leave.

if its in with the d2d payments how much do the full timers actually get for d2d's then ?

and what will part timers get say 25 hour people if its on pro rata ?
