Which is the worse deal 2010 or 2007 ?

Just to ask forum members opinions on 2 points.

1, As the topic states what do you think is the worse (least best) deal.

2, Do you think strength of feeling among forum members and cwu is stronger this time.

3, (I know i said 2 points) But do you think the hard sell by certain individuals on here is more in your face or desperate than 2007.

Everyone is entitled to express an opinion and recieve a reasoned response. Was not forum member in 2007 so interested to hear views.

2010 'deal'.
think they might struggle for a yes vote,if members take 2 minutes to read proposals.

They are both bad but 2007 did'nt lose me money, 2010 for me as it loses me £15 minium a week.

This is a far more dangerous deal than 2007
If and i am saying if Royal Mail decide to go to war once this agreement is signed they will have all the weapons they need i.e longer spans and later deliveries and all we will have is some enablers,a set of guidelines and a nuetered IR framework.

Among forum members it is much the same although apart from some union reps toeing the party line there are very few willing to argue the case for a yes vote.
I can only speak for my D.O where the anti agreement sentiment is much stronger than 2007.

The hard sell is very blatant,very repetitive and in many cases self-defeating.

2007 wasn't as badly recieved in our DO. I haven't heard anyone say anything good about this 'deal'. It's pure nonsense, vaguely worded and an open book for DOMs to do as they please while we get screwed. By far the worst, and after a more solid strike!

There is no 2010 deal, just a set of proposals to form a deal.

Both very bad deals for postal workers, and though we stupidly let one get past us, we should all have enough sense to send "2010 and Beyond" back to the CWU/RM management team to roll up, and use on each other in place of a dildo.
