hi all thats followed me got my date through for the case discussion with the tribunal does any one know what steps is taking there please an if there is a case an i win do they pay you out on that day

it's a case management discussion.
Not a Tribunal Hearing.
A CMD is designed to iron out any details the judge isn't quite sure of.
what is it you claimed in your ET1?
what did RM respond in their ET3?
it is these documents that the judge will be scrutinising.
