Funeral Time off

Can anybody tell what time off we are allowed for a Funeral....ie..Brother Sister, Mother, Father Aunts & Uncles and so on...thanks in advance..

immediate family means you get a days paid leave, things like aunty and uncle are at managers discretion

Yes it's 5 days paid Special Leave for immediate family - parents, spouse, siblings or children.
Anyone else it's one day for the funeral, which can be paid or unpaid at the discretion of Manager.
Though if you have to travel I suppose you could apply for more.

Think you will find that it should be taken as Annual Leave or Unpaid Leave but then again ask your boss and see what they say.

my manager switched my day off for my mothers funeral!

I've heard that some DOMs are reluctant even to give you time off for your own funeral.
