I can't find the branch AGM dates on the CWU website.
This is essential information that the CWU should be communicating.

Have you got a Branch website?
if you have it is more likely to be on there than the national site.

Re: Branch AGM dates on CWU website
In the interest of good communications, all branches should have a website that is frequently updated.
The national website should be communicating the essential information that its members require. Every branch's date and location of their AGMs should be posted on the national website. You never know, there might be rogue branches that are more interested in propagating Labour politians than keeping their members informed. My branch has produced at least two current Labour councillors.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Branch AGM dates on CWU website
had our's yet again and branch officer's havnt a clue. its all me me me me. not 1 branch officer put forward a motion for the benefit of the membership.
two even had the cheek to put forward a motion for 2012-2013 to keep the new incoming branch officers in office an extra 8 weeks to coincide with the branch constitution
why worry about that when the members are screaming out for help from a bullying employer right now and are getting sacked left right and centre.
