I have been thinking and talking to people (including RM Managers) and I think this is ok.
Allan Leighton says 'bullshit' in his address to his workforce in the recent vid/dvd intended to be shown to all his workforce.
My theory is that if he can get away with it then so can all of his workforce.
Some of you may think I sound schoolboyish BUT I know a lot of fellow workers feel frustrated. Certainly the other CWU Reps on here will know exactly what I mean.
I think it would be refreshing therefore to be able to say something (naughty) and get away with it (nice).
Over the last 2 weeks I have said it twice to Managers. No comeback. No RMCC. No counselling.
Made me feel good and I will now start doing it more often but ONLY in an appropriate context - WTLL (bullshit), listening to Managers when you know they are lying (bullshit) etc etc...
If all of us started doing it then I think SOMEONE would get the message.
God knows, my emailing the Prime Minister and today Mssrs Leighton & Crozier, with my previous posted letters on here didn't get a response!

Well I have since ordered by BULLSHIT button and will be very pleased to hear it in MDEC, I don't know how long the batteries will take to run out!

There's another one called Buzzword and a link to the B******* Bingo commercial, that's the problem L&C are sales people and we're not salesmen .It's all mid 90's David Brent stuff , they don't half talk a good job. There's a lot of that on H*******. Brother's got a manager like that and there's a lot of embrassed people looking at thier shoes when he's droning on.
