stated on the news on monday 08 march was clearly said that the royal mail have agreed to pay a 6.9% pay increase over 3 years, talk about leaving listerners hanging.
my point is we have not had a pay rise for 2 years, this then works out to 6.9% over 5 years which works out to around £5.00 per year and what is the catch?
