CHANGE UNION

Post by cityfc »

Why not write a letter or email to another union, say Unison, asking if they would be prepared to represent Royal Mail workforce. If enough people wrote in, then we might just get a union who will actually look after our best interests, and we can tell this bunch of arrogant idiots where to go.

PCS as they are not a labour loving union and are not afraid to strike and they supported us well last year.

We were once part of the civil service and PCS are a civil service union.

UNITE is as much use to us as dry land is to a fish, although that could change if gerry hicks ever gets to be GS :dance :nana :Applause

I dont, I want to see challenges if members/reps are not happy with their reps and officers at any level.

Whats the stance on striking now? if this deal goes through

Are we going to get a strike at pay and conditions being "worsened" ?

Or will the "union" not support it?

can we get somethign arranged ourselfs?

or do we actually need a new union?

I suggest since the CWU wants to treat delivery like dirt now .

We get our own seperate delivery union.

Does anyone have the ideas to get this sorted out?

The CWU have dystroyed themselves who can now offer themselves to us to be our union?

shurly its finnancially viable for a union to take us on board.

Unite you are joking they have just offered two pay cuts for the next two years.

PCS would love the MTSF deal which we have as the Government has just ripped up theirs.

Lovejoy Unite are not afraid of the employer thats why the BA staff are striking. Just remember we had Royal Mail by the balls but the CWU chickened out. Now we have a really poor deal after 4 months of talking, so get your facts right lovejoy.
