Citizens...Its not just the Royal Mail workers in this election year being held to ransom, its British Gas workers, London Underground workers, British Airways workers, Network Rail workers, Public and Commercial Services workers, Civil Servant workers and Teachers.
This sort of bullying tactics from these corperate capitalists must STOP
I believe an all out national strike from all union members throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland should show parliament the working classes of Great Britain will not tollerate this outrageous abuse of insulting our intelligence Shame on You

A year ago i would have agreed that there is no danger of a general strike - but dont think its that far fetched now,there was even a motion backed by RMT & Prison Wardens at the TUC last year calling for a general strike.

The next ten years are being made out to be very austere by all the major parties so all kinds of s**t could happen in the near future - including a national strike.

It seem big organisation and government have too much power, we need to turn it towards us. We need police, ambulance, fire services, council workers, posties, railways, bus drivers, shop staff and more to work together and have a strike for 2 days to cause mass disruption.

Sorry guys but i just cant see it. Even though we were being totally shafted before xmas not all our people came out on strike and thats us.
When i started over 20 years ago the counter staff used to support us in a strike now they are dead against us striking and just blame us for the extra hassle they get.

The cuts to public spending over the next 10 years and the certain crash of Sterling after the General Election will bring meltdown to the UK. We are bankrupt pure and simple. We can blame ther bankers for this one. A general strike is more likely over the next few years than in a long time.

CITIZENS if all union members across all industry's across Great Britain don't stand up and be counted in an all out National Strike for better working conditions and better pay then unfortunately my worse fears that solidarity has been stamped out across our land then unfortunately citizens we are lost.

The bankers are a convenient scapegoat imho, yes they fcuked up big time, but dont forget that Gay Gordon has overspent by £30 billion a year for the last few years, even during the good times when we should have been running a surplus, also he set up the regulatory system that should have been keeping an eye on what the banks were doing.

I have no sympathy at all for the banking industry, none, but they are a very convenient scapegoat for many politicians..

£200 billion of dodgy money has been printed up to now, oops sorry i meant quantitive easing, that has just postponed the cold, hard, dark reality that is set to hit this country, basically we are fcuked, bankrupt, and if the polls are right and a hung parliament is imminent, that will see sterling reduced to Zimbwabean dollar status ( incidentally, the ZD is the only currency that sterling has appreciated against ! )
