...since the interim agreement, you appear to have had almost no communication with your members, and what there has been has been of the "We're telling you what we think you need to know & we don't need to know what you think we need to know" variety...ergo you appear to be in breach of Trade Union Act 1984, viz the section that says that those high up the union "must be accountable to the membership", and what I should say now is "I'll see you's in court!", but what I will say is "Your pisspoor negotiating and brinksmanship have left me too skint to go near a court.....and we're all s**t out of luck if a Yes vote is carried!!!
