formal interview tomorrow

hi everyone im currently on suspension for alleged non delivery of around 200 d2ds but i have been delivering to all my drops i have a lot of evidence to back this up plus holes in the investigation into me found by my solicitor. i just wondered i know its a neutral dom who will decide my fate but who else will be there? i have absolutley no info off anyone because im not in the union. also in my taped interview with i.b i was told i could have a copy of the tape if ive requested but i have requested a transcript of the tape for my solicitor to go through because the notes sent to me and i guess to this neutral dom has big big bits in my favour missing and they said they will have to see if they can with royal mails legal services. can they do this? any help would be appreciated cheers

tbh after the debacle of the new agreement i think im better off on my own! i could end up doing 10 years hard labour!

Who would you get to represent a non-member who only joined because he now finds himself in the proverbial ?

I certainly wouldn't do it and what's to stop him resigning again if he gets exonerated?

Depends on past history for me.

1. Did he resign because of political/union views and values or just to save money.
2. Did he support the CWU during the strikes.
3. Does he help other people in the office with advice etc.
4. Is he an informer for management.


The answers to these questions would make my mind up.

They called in the I.B. for non delivery of just 200 D2D items

Jesus in our place with all these walks on absorption week after week the D2D,s pile up by the box load until a manager puts them in the rubbish skip.

Did you leave these leaflets under your frame or take them home? I was under the impression the I.B. only got involved with theft of mail these days ?

i put them in the excess d2d area still in the same box they arrived in. the dom called in the i.b because i raised suspicion cos i told him i had major excess every week! as of yet they haven't made a decision as my solicitor found major holes in the dom's investigation and the i.bs also i didnt join the union because i don't think they are very good at their job....... and ive been proved right on countless times!

Oh i see, it still seems a bit strong though How this job has changed.

A word of advice to anyone if you put D2D,s out with the access remove the walk label first, nor put the first one with the id sticker on it there.
