17 years i have been a hard working honest postie,i really feel the time has come to look for another job.I love doing my rural but i have to say ive had enough now.Im sick of incompetent managers lazy attitude,instead of trying to solve problems just taking the easy way out and blaming the delivery staff.Its the injustice if the whole thing,managers get away with murder,we make a misdelivery and were up for a bollocking.Its about time the managers were made to answer for there inability to do the job.VOTE NO to this agreement otherwise you will suffer in years to come,do not be tempted by the carrot of cash there dangling in front of you,when the moneys gone you still have to do the work.

Fact is, we're being bullied by our managers to work over our time without claiming, our managers are being bullied by their managers, etc, etc, and above. That's the management strategy in RM.

Well we have been here before and i am sure that a better offer could be reached if this one is rejected. If they are going to do it anyway then it wont hurt voting NO
