nope - its all included with unlimited D2D and youll be prepping part timers unlimeted D2D before they get in aswell.
one day part timers will have the same right as full timers

Pay n Mod protected Early shift allowance for those who received it at the time as Grandfather rights. This was to facilitate later start times. Pay and Mod stated that this amount would be considered under Phase 4 of Pay and Mod as part of a new pay and reward package. It seems this is what is proposed.
