3 year pay deal?

We had no pay rise this year so surely it's a 4 year deal?!!?

this years pay rise was supposedly part of the last 3 year deal they agreed to but when it came to the 3rd year of the deal RM went back on the agreement saying that the "credit crunch" meant they couldn't afford to honour it. Even though we made record profits ! so what makes anyone believe they will honour this 3 year deal ?

Exactly. We wont get that far. Forget the 3.5% payrise it aint happening. Privatisation will kick in by then.

theres no pay rise this year either for delivery staff if this garbage gets voted in. it would take the full 3 years just to get back to the current level of pay. our negotiators are so out of touch with the frontline boys and girls that it just beggars belief

not only that but its the only year that has a re-opener clause meaning they can do exactly what they have already done in the past.
