Shorter Working Week
If any of you are still on a 1 hour contract, the new agreement gives you a one-hour reduction. So congrats, you are now paid to do no work. Management material?

Re: Shorter Working Week
Actually you are wrong, F/T get the shorter week, P/T's will get a pay increase to compensate !!! so roughly 8.80/25.75 = .34p per hr pay rise ( pro rata of course)DemonPostie wrote:If any of you are still on a 1 hour contract, the new agreement gives you a one-hour reduction. Re: Shorter Working Week
Probably aas you are only delivering 18% of that weeks D2D's you will probably get 18% of the payment, but look on the bright side, your pay cut will be less than everyone elses.fishtank wrote:If you on a 1hr contract and the D2D payment is pro-rata does that mean you get ......52p.![]()

Re: Shorter Working Week
Wrong. You will still be delivering the same number of d2d's, but on OT, which doesn't count towards your "pro rata". 1 hour contract, 39 hours OT...Pegman wrote:Probably aas you are only delivering 18% of that weeks D2D's you will probably get 18% of the payment, but look on the bright side, your pay cut will be less than everyone elses.fishtank wrote:If you on a 1hr contract and the D2D payment is pro-rata does that mean you get ......52p.![]()
