working till 4 on a sat bloody shocking it hasent been agreed yet everything has to be told to us first , we got little breif about it this morning will no better tommorow when rep reads through it properly. feel industrial action heading our way and they are dangling the carrot again will the 4hundred then we will recieve 6 hundred, see how many offices jump straight in like the last time ( we never ) and they got s**t opon

Having skimmed through the main parts on the CWU website the whole deal looks pretty poor. Non capped door 2 door could cripple any delivery all week. The fixed £20 payment and lose of early morning allowence means its an effective pay cut. The bonus payments are what we would have earned anyway through savings. Add 5 hour deliveries later starts and a 4pm sat finish and i dont think there's much left going for the job.

Ditto pal. They could have done anything in my eyes (10 x D2D, 10 am starts midweek, anything) if they had left Saturday as it was, but now it is a NO NO NO from me.

I like, like most people value QUALITY time with my family at the weekend and do things that can't done on week days when the wife is at work and kids at school, that couple of hours from dinner time is precious.

Sorry it is a price too high - lobby your reps and get the message through to Hayes and Ward.

Buddy why do you think we are all failures ? I don’t see myself a failure, ok I may not have the best job in the world but that’s only one part of my life.

I like them, but I'd get laughed at putting those up at work. Random commas and capitals might be OK on a forum, but posters need to be a bit more professional in the grammar department.
