In previous year around May time we have received a one off £400 share in success payment, I`m not entirely sure but I think this year may be the last one but obviously only if royal mail meet their profit targets..is there anyone out there that can update me on this?

Hang fire as it formed part of the new agreement which apparently there is some question over whether its live, dead, approved, rejected or going to vote - we await an LTB.

i think youll probably find that the first 400 pound payout we get for agreeing to the new paydeal will be instead of the 400 quid share in success,just money we are already owed!

It's not probably it's in black and white in the agreement.

£400 lump sum (previously final ColleagueShares dividend) paid to all employees upon ratification of agreement
