I am a rep

I got in a agrument with one of the managers and ended up swearing at him I think they will try and take it all the way what can happen to me?

If hes going to have you for it and an interview is going to take place your DIM has to give your area or divisional rep 24 hours notice if he doesnt tell him your not attending any interview until he does and dont go in without one of the above present.

just deny it mate, or say you swore at someone else messing around and your manager got the wrong end of the stick, no witness means your in the clear if you play it right

In fact you can preempt him with these following words, "There is only you, me, no witnesses, my word against yours" he may well decide not to go further but will hold a grudge against you.

Worked for one guy who got home too early, his lino followed him and knocked on his door, he said the above words and closed the door on him, I believe his face was a picture.

same thing happened to me just over a year back. DOM got one of he's mates from upstairs to act as a witness so i couldn't really deny it. i held my hands up to it but said i was insulted and provoked (which was true). i was suspended for 2 weeks on full pay

and got a one year warning which has now expired.
