Indeed it is all about privatisation at the end of the day, this 'deal' is the final preparation for the big sell off. That's why they want to buy back our shares without giving us a choice, reduce our pay, reduce our collective power, and shift towards a P/T casualised workforce. TNT must be rubbing their hands with glee.

I still predict we will be sold off to the likes of TNT for a token £10.00 and as part of the deal the goverment will plug the hole in the pensions.
