Rewarding the staff?

Ok have read the agreement and it's pathetic to say the least.

The vast majority of delivery staff are losing out while accepting a huge increase in workload, saturdays get later etc.

so where is the reward in accepting such a crap deal? ok job security is fair enough but as i see it RM will make £££££££££££££££ out of the d2d market. dingo etc can say all they want about accepting it into workload but if RM is averaging 6 lots a week on deliveries they're quids in, what happens if it ups to 8, to 10? Do we the poor mugs who will be carting it around every day actually get rewarded for the increase, either by an increase in the supplement or a bonus?

£8 for x amount of d2ds? Where's the incentive for delivery staff to come to work and work to the best of their ability? There isn't one is there?

i may be wrong but i haven't seen anything in the agreement where the staff are rewarded for their hard work? the lump sums aren't a reward they're a bribe.

The lump sums are not even a bribe - the amounts are an insult for the workload we are expected to take on, and doubly insulting for being funded by money we are already entitled to ( at least £400 is an advance from CS money - also what happens to staff that joined after CS were handed out? How happy will they be to get £400 less for the same work? )
