How can this be achieved especially now the cap of only 3 a week looks too be lifted? 1 week we could get 2 lot of them and another we could get 5 or 6. How can you plan a deliveries prep times delivering times etc when you dont know how many lots of d2d's are going to be there week after week. Sure georoute, pegasus or whatever the stupid f***ing thing is called took into account 3 d2d's a week.

the plan is for door to doors to all come in 1 envelope, so in theory preppring them wont take aslong, but i bet that royal mail dont keep to that end of the agreement

it doesnt say it there but they have been planning to do that for ages once the 3 cap is lifted, if they dont then we have no chance of preppring 6 or 7 lots of door to doors in a week not untill they bring in their new machinery which means less sorting for us

Hmmm.... Methinks it would be cheaper for them to get rid of lapsing and use that time for us to prep 'em. That for me is the deal breaker. I for one don't fancy prepping 6 to 7 D2D in a morning. We need to see it in black and white really.

What business is going to agree their flyer put into an envelope with half a dozen others with the chance of it getting put in the bin with all the rest by a pissed of householder. They will all come loose just like election material.

as far as i know d2d was not taken into account by pegasus .PEGASUS was also based on an 80% call rate.Apperently it will be revised to take into account d2d and with a100% call rate, which could mean one d2d per day, six days per week. If they put all d2d in one envelope the public will soon cotton on and bin the lot in one go.

Whats all this crap with a lump sum for the D2Ds pro rata. I as a partimer prep and deliver just the same as any fulltimer and if there is any payment I expect to get the same as them.

Yes, it is madness. Royal Mail need to stop those pro rata payment, and have all the bonus share equally so if the DOM get 3 grand bonus we should get the same amount this will stop competition between managers, workers, and part timers.

There are plans for d2d customers to state a specific day their leaflets get delivered on (page 24). Potentally 3, 4, or even 5 companys could request a saturday and you would have to deliver all on that day. This seems to rule out the idea of receiving them all in one envelope.

Pegasus call rate won't be 100% a day, you can bank on that!

D2D's won't all come in one envelope, certainly not in the near future anyway. It's too costly to do, and why would RM pay out all the extra money for it when they'd already make a fortune by paying us literally nothing to deliver them under the new agreement.

I was just discussing that with a mate of mine. Not only that but £20.60 includes the early shift allowance is isn't pensionable.

I haven't read one good thing in the agreement yet!
