The £20.60 is a 'delivery' supplement which includes allowances and the delivery of D2D it is to be paid pro-rata. The cap on D2D has been removed, no idea how many we could get BUT there is no cap. Read into that what you will.

The sweeteners include a £400 pro-rata payment if the deal is accepted with a further £1000 paid (roughly) if we hit group targets I believe. This is funded with money already earned and due to us via the CS Scheme.

The official agreement is out tomorrow apparently but it better be a lot better than this crock of s**t, and by a long way. Personally I think it will be roughly the same.

yes the amounts will vary some weeks might be 3 lots and the next 8 or 9, the carrot is a bonus which isnt really a lump sum payment its money from our collegue shares that we are entitled to regardless of whether we agree this deal or not, the payments are all pro rata so part timers will get less. We lose the early shift allowance so effectively do door to doors for 8 quid a week. So its a bum deal and i hope people dont see the lump sum payment as a way to voting yes because that money is ours anyway and most will be paid to us in the future anyway.

What i can't understand is if your doing prehaps 1 lot of d2d's in one week but then the next week you get 6 lots how are you supposed to work your full hours, either your going under in the one week or going over in the next week, how can you build duties when you dont know exactly what work will be there to be done. this again leaves us open to pressure from managers and bullying tactics.

Thats inplace of d2d and early attendance, I have a feeling that 1 of the amendments mentioned by dingo last night will mean it will be more than £20.60...but we'll find out tommoro for sure.

The ones that have already been issued do they will be bought back in 2011 and 2012 as per the original CS plan.

no new ones will be issued lump sums instead.

not only do we lose early shift allowance but also we lose an hours pay (working week being reduced from 40 to 39 hrs) therefore we'd be doing the d2ds for rock all!!!!
