Will tommorrows agreement by different with regard to pro rata unlimeted d2d ,, etc etc.?

Maybe CWU can confirm? since they hinted last time.

A legal definition of a Union is:

Organization whose membership consists of workers and union leaders, and whose principal purposes are to (1) negotiate wages and working condition terms, (2) regulate relations between workers (its members) and the employer, (3) take collective action to enforce the terms of collective bargaining, (4) raise new demands on behalf of its members, and (5) help settle their grievances. You can't do 1,2 3, or 4 because you have not been recognised by the employer. You could do 5 but you would be very busy.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
