With our new agreement about to released to us and lots of rumours flying about, if the rumours are true. What has our union actually achieved. Well if the rumours are true, NOTHING.


They are trying to perserve full-time jobs but they've haven't achieved this, and my reasons

1) When was the last person promoted from part-time to full-time.
2) I'm led to believe the part of the deal hasn't been agreed yet - Only rumour - Job cuts, so a cull will still happen.

Our union should be ashamed with the agreement (rumour agreement if true). Months of talks have just led them to agree a rubbish deal.
Voting No is the only option for staff.

Its clear to me that our new agreement ain't that good at the moment. I've not seen it yet. Union members up and down the country should be calling they area reps to cast a vote of no confidence on our negiotators and asking them to resign promptly. Next election expect Hayes to standing for as a Mp for Labour(2014/2015). Me thinks they have been got at from people in the government to push through the deal.

Can you imagine in the meeting , one muppet standing up and saying " ive got a great idea.......its a real clincher......lets scrap the cap on d2d we could give them one a day instead for six days.. we could even give them , wait for it.........................£20. 60 each and every week and it gets better.......we can take away the early morning shift allowance "
And what makes it even worse , all the other muppets , saying yea, that might even work...... we can really see them going for that ,well done
