This was how I read it ,you will complete your delivery regardless of hours or days it takes to do.

I thought the CWU had a commitment to produce Documents in plain English.

Even strong reps need strong agreements.
That pile of sh*te is no help to anybody.
Combine that with RMs plan to increase everyones performance in line with the top 10% and the rep will spend most of his time dealing with attendance standards as most people end up long term sick.
The more times i read this deal the worse it gets.

The word 'enabler was in the 2010 agreement.

This was the most scary word.

It means that the outdoor span for deliveries can be anything

So (just suppose) , if you were on an 8 hr contract ; but the indoor time was the square root of bugger all. How long would you be out on delivery?

theoretically 7.10 hours not including 40 minute breaks and 10 minutes drivers checks.
