I like i asume many others on here are sick and tired of hearing what some of you believe in what is going on in these so-called talks, may i suggest if you realy know what is going on are you brave enough to name names where you are getting you information from, have you seen the new agreement signed by ward and higson ? i very much doubt it, so why all the scare tactics either PUT UP or SHUT UP, it will be interesting when we do an agreement and a vote if the vote is to reject it how many of you will take action a lot of you can talk the talk but can you walk the walk i know i can , i will always back MY union,

tbh and he's getting a lot of flack for it,but Dingo's posts will be nearer the truth than anyone else on here.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The truth is royalmail is going to not give us anything but take take take everything from us all this we will get so on and so on is a side show for the meek and mild amongst us all if we want anything we will all have to fight for it!. It is with this in mind that any deal done without all this pain is a bad deal i know some workers in some areas have lost 21 days pay or more but all will lose a hell of a lot more before any deal worthy of the masses of our union for it to be a good deal!.
