Dingo,bit confused.

According to what you're saying,and correct me if i'm wrong,we will/could get a £30.00 supplement,which will include some allowances.

Question,what allowances,also i don't want a supplement which could/will be ignored in pay rise talks,i want it in my wages and my hourly rate to go up.

Can you explain how it could possibly work please.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

our rep insists we will get the £30and still keep our £12.37 shift allowance under grandfather rights

I hope it will be 30 pounds pay rise every week so we can enjoy not losing 20 or whatever amount every week off on floater or holidays.

£30.00 has been mentioned in some ot the other threads,and tbf it wasn't you,but i did say '/could' but what about the rest of my post.

Postman it's not 30 pound and I can't give you the figure but it will be subject to future pay rises increases!

Im all for that ! I Only get £ 27.50 for 3 drops . Ive got a rural/town round and we hardly ever get 3 drops of dd's a week

£30 pw is less than I get now for D2D (even taking into account not getting paid when I am on leave). I wish they would get rid of all these allowances for this and bonuses for that and just incorporate them all into our basic pay.

Well that's what the promised to do with my Early Shift Allowance. :sad:

"Conference further agrees that any such agreement must ensure that if delivery attendance times are significantly altered that the current early shift allowance is protected on permanent basis by incorporation into basic pay for delivery members." ;liar

round here they pay people £30 to deliver 1000 fliers.
