They probably can't as judging by the 7k wage I should think the contract is certainly less than 30hours per week. You have to be on this much to claim tax credits. Tax Credits - You're havin a laugh, i tried online & by phone and was told that i wasn't entitled to it as i work 24.5hrs, thou if i worked 16 or less or 30 and above i'd be entitled to it... Honestly what a boot in the balls, it's a fcukin DISGRACE that someones workin hours which is between 16-30 hrs aren't entitled to it...
